I haven’t posted in a while . . . have been busy with work and a 4 month old at home.
I came across this video at TED that jolted me . . . I didn’t agree with everything she said but it suddenly made sense to me how Adam and Eve were before the fall . . . perhaps, their brains weren’t separated and that was why they could feel and see God . . . and perhaps that is why after eating of the forbidden fruit – they noticed they were naked . . . it must be because their focus shifted from outer to inner (to themselves) and that is how it’s been ever since . . . we are just so focused on ourselves – in feeding ourselves, clothing ourselves and spoiling ourselves . . . always looking out for no. 1 as they say . . . maybe, if we were to realize how meaningless this is and to realize how being part of something bigger than ourselves would actually make us feel happier . . . perhaps, the Garden of Eden is right in front of us, we just don’t see it . . . or choose not to see it.
